It is important for E-Invasion A / S (“E-Invasion” or “we”) that your personal information is protected. This policy informs you about how we process your personal data and your rights. Personal information is any information that can be associated with you as a private person, such as name and contact information.

In short, we process your information for the following reasons:

Responsible company for processing your personal data.

E-Invasion A / S, a Danish limited liability company with CVR no. 27421369 and established in 2003, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. In addition, please note that our payment service providers process personal information collected through our website after the purchase and each is responsible for their processing.

Where from or where do we collect your personal information?

We process personal information that you have chosen to share with us.

Who can access your personal information?

Your personal information is processed primarily by us in E-Invasion. We never sell your personal information. In some cases, we share your personal information in order to fulfill our obligations to you in a good and efficient manner. See the examples below:

In order for us to make sure you pay us, our payment service providers will have access to your personal information.

In order for us to deliver your goods to your private address or to a parcel shop, and to handle any return shipments, we share your personal information with a carrier.

In order to publish your reviews on our website, we share your personal information with the provider of the technical solution for publishing such reviews.

To promote relevant products and make our website as relevant as possible, we share your personal information with those who provide a marketing service to us, such as Google.

We share your personal information with IT providers who process the personal information on our behalf as data processors to assist us with our IT services.

Do we transfer your personal data to a recipient outside the EU / EEA?

E-Invasion generally processes your personal data within the EU / EEA, but in a few cases we use suppliers from outside the EU / EEA. When transferring your personal data outside the EU / EEA, E-Invasion ensures that there is an adequate level of protection.

E-Invasion may transfer your personal information to the United States and our supplier, which provides a newsletter delivery service and our suppliers who provide relevant product marketing services.

Any US suppliers we use are certified under Privacy Shield. Privacy Shield is an agreement between the EU and the US, which aims to protect European fundamental rights and ensure legal certainty for companies transferring personal data to the United States. US companies can register as a Privacy Shield certified in the US Department of Commerce. The Department of Commerce then checks that vendors’ privacy policies comply with strict data protection standards.

How can you influence our processing of your personal data?

Under data protection law, you have a number of different rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. Read more below.

Right to revoke your consent and to object to processing of personal data.

You have the right, in whole or in part, to revoke a given consent for the processing of your personal data. Your revocation is effective from the time of your revocation.

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. You always have the right to object to marketing from us, including newsletters.

In other cases, the right of objection does not exist (for example, because we are required to keep your personal information). You also have the right to request E-Invasion to limit the processing of personal data about you. It is e.g. the case if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data or the processing is illegal and you oppose the deletion of the personal data and instead request that its use be restricted.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You always have the right to file a complaint with a regulator. You can do this in particular in the EU / EEA Member State where you have your usual place of residence or place of work or where an alleged violation of the applicable data protection law has taken place. The supervisory authority in Denmark is the Data Inspectorate. This right shall not affect other administrative complaints or access to legal remedies.

Right to data portability

You have the right to ask us to transfer some of the personal information we hold about you to another company (data portability).

This right applies to personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable and mutually compatible format if:

The treatment is based on consent or a contract, and

processing is done using automatic data processing.

When you exercise your right to data portability, you have the right to have personal data transferred directly from E-Invasion to another data controller, if technically feasible.

Our goal is to be as transparent as possible about how and why we process personal information about you. Processing personal data before making a purchase

In order for us to communicate with you and to receive feedback from you, we need to process personal information about you. If you do not provide us with personal information for these purposes, we will not be able to make the service available to you or answer your questions.

Our legitimate interest in making it as easy as possible for you to purchase the product you have shown interest by placing it in the shopping cart.

From the time you place the product in the shopping cart and until you make a purchase, however, no more than 30 days.

If you do not provide us with personal information for these purposes, we will not be able to complete your purchase with us.

Please note that our payment service provider (s) also processes personal information in order to manage your payment of the order. Our payment provider (s) are each responsible for such processing. Our payment provider (s) also allow you to choose an easier way to make a purchase by automatically filling in your personal information or by remembering your device.

From the time we learned of your complaint and / or litigation, and as long as it is ongoing. If we reject your claim, we will always keep the information for twelve (12) months in the event that you choose to have the dispute assessed by a relevant body.

When you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we process your personal information based on your consent.

Once you make a purchase, we process your personal information based on our legitimate interest in posting relevant direct marketing. We only do this if you made a purchase with us and did not object to receiving marketing

If you have chosen to receive newsletters and relevant offers, we will send them to you until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.

If we send you a newsletter based on our legitimate interest, we will send you such marketing for two (2) years, unless you have previously objected to receiving marketing from us.

Balancing interests when the legal basis for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest?

For some purposes, E-Invasion processes your personal information based on our legitimate interest as the legal basis for the processing. In assessing the legal basis, we take a balance of interests, whereby we have determined that our legitimate interest in processing outweighs your interest and your fundamental right not to have your personal data processed.
